Teaching Experience in detail in Nursing Training Classes

Honestly I don't have experience of teaching but I can teach smoothly to nursing students because I have clinical experience and still working in clinical areas(currently having posting in Surgical Ward). Nursing is a field where we learn to co-operate ,to co-ordinate,and team work.It is a very essential tools for us.We experience the value of life n value of care that we give to the sick and suffering humanity.During nursing training we come across any situations in which we have to face different types of circumstances of life.It teaches us to stay stable and carry out our daily activities with full dedication and compassionate. Many times I have taken class as a part of my job to our nursing staff regarding nursing procedures ,it helps us to improve and enhance the our working standard which help us to prevent hospital acquired infections to our respective patients and their surroundings. After completing classes it very easy to understand the standard ways of nursing procedures to my nursing staffs.It is very good experience to have classes because it improve the level of confidence and enhancing the quality of care to our patients. Nursing Training have lot of interesting topics to learn which includes several life saving procedures because it protect the life and give new life journey......
