I look for opportunities to implement AI in various business processes and use my knowledge to help organizations leverage its benefits. My approach to personal & group transformation is that of an active listener, offering non-judgemental support, result orientation and use a variety of tools and approaches, such as counselling, coaching, mindfulness and energy work. I also have experience in facilitating groups and working 1-on-1 with individuals. I am also creative and have problem-solving abilities thereby, do understand the human body and mind and the relationship between them. I am a practitioner of a variety of techniques such as meditation, visualisation, self-reflection and journaling. Above all, I am ethical and provide a safe and supportive environment for my clients.
