As an Assistant Professor, I embraced additional responsibilities as Cultural Event Head, orchestrating over 12 events, including cultural festivals, guest lectures, and other programs. The pinnacle of these contributions was the successful organization of a National Conference at Anandi Pharmacy College, Kolhapur, attracting over 350 delegates nationwide.
