I have been on an incredible journey as an educator for the past nine years. Armed with an M.Com and a B.Ed degree, my passion for teaching has driven me to explore as much as possible by sharing my knowledge with eager minds. My journey began when I worked at a school where I taught English to 4th-grade students for a year. After my stint at the school, I took on the role of a visiting faculty at a college.
I have taken up the exciting challenge of teaching individually, offering specialised tutoring in Accounts, Business Studies, and Economics for eleventh-grade students, and focusing solely on Economics for twelfth-grade students. I have embraced online teaching as a platform, enabling me to reach a broader audience and share my expertise with students worldwide.
My teaching approach revolves around conducting one-hour interactive and practical sessions centred on problem-solving. Engaging students in active learning makes the subjects more enjoyable and helps them retain the knowledge effectively. To aid my sessions, I utilise presentations (PPTs), refer to relevant books, and regularly conduct tests to assess my students' progress.
I have learned that every student has unique learning styles and needs. As an educator, I strive to create a nurturing environment that fosters creativity, critical thinking, and a thirst for knowledge. My ultimate goal is not just to help students excel academically but also to instil in them the value of continuous learning and self-improvement. Being an educator brings me immense joy and satisfaction. The impact that I can have on young minds motivates me to continuously improve my teaching methodologies and stay up-to-date with the latest educational advancements.
