I have asp.net project with sql connection.I want connect database with asp.net and run the project and web config file there

In your web.config file create a alias in <ConnectionStrings></ConnectionStrings> and then call it in your project using ConfigurationManager class.

You passed out in 2010 means it is almost ten years and no job experience. You can complete the Web Designing or Development course where ever you feel comfortable and based upon it; you start yourself as Freelancer. There are lots of opportunities for web site developer and designer.
