We have but one life to live and its worth getting clarity on how to go about it.
- Temper expectations for the future. Neither blind optimism nor hopeless pessimism helps when you think about your future. Strike a balance.
- Don't worry about your past or ruminate on bad things that might have occurred in your life. Everything happens for the best.
- Express gratitude for your present moment. Everyday before you go to sleep, recall three positive things that happened that day and express gratitude for the same.
- Take a notepad and write down a list of 7 activities that make you happier. Do a minimum of one such activity everyday.
- Reflect on your values and align your goals and behavior in tandem with your core values. You will feel much stronger as a person.
