Should I study for a B.Com after my +2 arts?  2005 i have completed my PUC, from 10 years i am working in one pvt company in accounts department

Yes an Arts Student can take admission in B.Com but you have to secure minimum 50% or some where 45% to take admission.

I have completed my puc on 2005, i discontinued my studies, now i am working in pvt company in accounts department since 2014, now i have taken bcom correspondence course, is it nessessary to join a tution

Yes it seems a long gap so have to join tution or some institute to learn well.

What are the three different ways to add a CSS class? Give an example of all three ways.

Those three methods are Inline CSS , Internal CSS and External CSS.

What are the advantages of using CSS classes over IDs?

CSS Class can be applied on multiple tag but when you use id it allows only one tag to apply the styles. If you give same id to multiple tag then it will pick first one and apply the properties.
