You should join the one-year classroom program from an excellent Institute & prepare for the engineering entrance exam. When the form comes of JEE- mains, WB-JEE, QSAT etc. fill all the forms & appear in the exam. After that based on your rank up will be called for counselling there mention for automobile engineering

The fee structure depends on many factors like your experience, locality, distance etc. If you are a beginner's than you should demand comparatively less than what others charge in that area and if you have an experience like 2-3 years then you can charge like others on an hourly or monthly basis like 150/hr or 4500/month.
