Pathways School, Noida, Sector-100

My kid goes to kindergarten at Pathways Noida and I am not happy with the school despite paying such a huge fee! Firstly at school myself and many parents have come to realise that the management is only interested in putting up a well rehearsed show I front of the parents on a daily basis to enhance their image. There are two teachers for every class from pre nursery to KG and yet the kids are neglected in their writing skills, oral skills, . I do not find my child coming home and reciting a poem in hindi and English, no story telling, . There are just three PTMs in the whole year, but every week there is some stupid function happen wing and before you know the week is over. After 3/4 if the year is over the teachers suddenly wake up to teach and pressurise small children with reading books, sending homework and projects. It seems like they are so busy preparing for a show each day that studies justmissed their calendar. I am appalled at the fact that the form tutors of nursery and kg are so decked up and fashionable best at 8 am in the morning and even at 3:30 pm , Iwonder how much time they spend on their appearance and do they spend any time on the kids at all? And never to miss a the way they talk I false made up accents. It seems to be part of the daily show.

The school looks great on the outside and there are many empty promises.

I put in my daughter here 2 years ago and she is a shaken up, under-confident child with no comprehension skills.

The children openly view porn on their smart phones and iPads which has a serious determintal effect on children like my daughter who think this is what smart and forward kids do and she can be modern like this.

There is excessive bullying in the school and insensitive personal remarks passed which shake a child's confidence totally.

My daughter when I take her out now, knows nothing.

The teachers make empty promises and have favouritism,

Please parents, consider a school that has a watch and some discipline that is age- appropriate

I have 2 children, both go to Pathways Noida. One is in Grade 2 and the other one in Grade 6. I can say that Pathways Noida has made my son become confident and independent in learning that makes us proud of him. We are very happy about the schools care of the children's all round development, my daughter loves going to school every day. Both my children enjoy participating in lessons and says that learning is challenging and fun. Strategies used to teach my children to read have been very useful at home. The suggested websites to support their learning have also really helped a lot. Pathways Noida has improved my children’s confidence and sporting ability.

I had an opportunity to have some interaction with two ladies leading the school Usha and Shalini. Not at all impressive, dull outlook and presentation skills. If a school is demanding such high fee from parents, definitely one of the expectation is strong and charismatic leaders who one can look up to.
