Who's the best Hindustani singer?

It's difficult to answer this question as it is very subjective. It depends upon personal interests. In my opinion Late Pt. Bhimsen Joshi comes to my mind if we talk about Hindustani Classical Music.

Is it possible to learn guitar tabs and strumming at the same time?

Hello Kunal, Yes you can learn them simultaneously. It will require regular practice to master the skill. It is commonly seen in Freestyle Guitar.
