Hello, Kajal,
First set your mind that you are not going to study but going to learn something new today. Don't study for the namesake. Learn the concept by relating to everyday life. Studying is something not only like with table, chair, n no, of books. It's how our brain tells and understands the concept.
For example, in science, there is Boyle's law. It tells that volume is inversely proportional to the pressure. Just imagine that you are studying this law now. And by evening, your brother asking you to fill the air in his bicycle. And you are filling it using an air pump. Right?. Good, here you apply the law you studied. By giving forces on the pump, the pressure gets increases, and automatically the volume in the pump gets decreases.
If you relate like this, your attention will not miss anywhere. Your mind will recollect the concept anywhere without taking the book. And it's also a chill way of learning.
