I started teaching on part-time basis. I have taught in coaching classes, colleges, corporate training, and NGOs. I really enjoy teaching, specially mathematics. I believe intelligence is developed and honed with practice and dedication, I have seen many examples of this. Students are never weak, their teachers are. Every student understands things differently, every student has his strengths and weaknesses, and it's the job of the teacher to identify that and teach in a way that impacts the conceptual understanding of a student in the most effective way. I encourage my students to visualize concepts (including mathematical concepts), rather than just remembering things, because it is required for critical thinking needed to solve questions in competitive exams.
