fitness has always been my passion , i played judo at national level for 5 years and after that i have been lifting weights .
i have been a general trainer for 3 years and been a freelance personal trainer for mor than 2 years . i have clients from other parts of the globe as well . My key skills are weight loss management through different methods , whatever method suit the client's lifestyle and training capacity , and muscle building.
