Overview

I have been practising yoga since childhood through school classes but started practising with it's deep essence from last 3 years.
I completed Foundation Course in Yoga Science for Wellness ( 50hr, Online ) from Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY), Delhi.
Later then, I also completed Certificate Course in Yoga for Protocol Instructor(CCYPI) ( 200hr, online ) from the same Institute.

The purpose of all these courses was just to go deeper in this ancient yogic science. But then I realised, being an instructor, to share all the knowledge I have gathered so far for physical and mental wellbeing of everyone.
