I am an experienced Fitness Trainer and sports coach with 10 years of coaching experience . I am a national basketball player with a post graduation degree. I have my own sports and fitness academy by the name of TESA in Chandigarh tricity. I give online as well as offline fitness training to students. I conduct separate classes for children ( a fun filled yet disciplined environment with fitness training, stamina exercises, quiz competition and other games to always keep the kids motivated).
I specialize in weight management , strength and endurance training ,athletic training, enclosed space training with an all natural diet without supplements as they do little or nothing in long term. I value passion towards a healthy body and a healthy mind. With hard work and mutual dedication I can guide my students towards proper fitness levels with high stamina and good health. I believe that during these difficult times our immunity and a healthy body is our greatest defence in beating this disease. I will make sure that you achieve that, with hard work ,dedication and also a little bit of fun as I make sure my classes are never boring.
