I've Diploma in Hata Yoga from Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Academy. Certified Yoga Therapist from SVyasa Deemed Yoga University. I've Degree in Chemistry from Calicut University. Doing my Psychology Degree in IGNOU. Ive been invited as a guest Teacher at CRPF Camp, for teaching Rapid Action Force Cadets at Vellallur, Tamilnadu, India.
I've given Yoga classes for Japanese group of students, Brazilian students, group of Americans at SAH Navakkarai, Tamilnadu and for different Ayurveda Seminars also. My skills are in Yoga therapy and lead one person to ultimate happiness.
