Preparing students specially for public exams is the one and only prioritized matter in tuition for grade 10.Tuition in the sense itself means giving extra hours, preparing, analysing the concepts, how the idea could be applied in our daily life and how it works in a habitual manner. I stood up very late giving more attention to the students who were weak in certain areas. As the way as possible a teacher is the one who should stand besides with the students who are not skilled to grab the points of certain areas. In my opinion every students have tgeir own capabilites and a teacher need to understand the children and make them stay motivated and appreciate them to shine bright in their own talents and skills. Every one will not get full marks or high grades but a teacger can make their children to understand their weak points and polish them, make them analyse the areas they feel tough and make them understand in a precise manner. I always learn by understanding the concepts and connect with our day to day life. If in the case of science while we are are learning about digestion, its a process that happens inside our own body, so lets analyse how it works, the process ongoing within our bodylike wise if the case of social studies, its a matter that is connected with our society, whether it may be political larties, election, etc. Its all a matter of our daily life. I enjoyed a lot while studying as well as teaching. My classes are interactive ones as my students need not be sleepy. I enjoy teaching rather than a job
