0When the capacitor is connected with the dc supply and battery and the switched is on then the capacitor will act as a short circuit bit after some time when the capacitor is fully charged then it will act as an open circuit.
But In case of inductor when connected with DC SUPPLY AND SWITCH then at the instant when the switch is closed, will act as an open circuit due to back emf but after sometimes will act as a short circuit.
And Always remember dc supply is having ZERO FREQUENCY ALWAYS.
