Zumba Fitness is a Latin based dance fitness format where we will be moving to a lot of Latin songs and moves. You will find different moves like merengue, salsa, cumbia, Reggaeton.
The class will be of 60 minutes where you will get a glimpse of how the class format will generally be. All will be required to participate in the session.
Participant doesn't require to know how to dance to attend the session. All that matters is that they are moving and having fun.
So get ready to join the party!!
PS: Wear comfortable workout wear and shoes. Keep a bottle of water and towel handy because you are going sweat a lot.
