Weekly twice herbal bath with Neem powder and sesame oil has to be taken with chana dhal powder. No soap on those two days.
Lots of fruits vegetables and millets have to be taken along with ayurvedic supplements to promote complete wellness.Diet also have to be followed to help manage weight, flexibility, energy and peace of mind. We will provide godliness according to body type. Consumption of butter ghee and non veg had to be reduced.
