I have developed a system for fabrication and written an Indian patent on Microfluidic devices. It is granted by IP.

As an alumni of CSIR institute, received training from the CSIR-URDIP and also attended the review sessions for patent grant.

During this training, I went through several challenges in presenting the content, writing the claims and also passing the plagarism criteria.

As an experienced person in design, manufacturing and value engineering, I want to share my thoughts to students on how to present their genuine work by an Indian patent so that chance of granting is high.

This will help the student to increase their research output, put into proper format of words and present their work in a more professional way to the IP scientists.

Also, during my session, I will share the formats required for filing the Indian patent and useful links for references. I will also clarify doubts about provisional and design patents.
