English Language: A skill to be acquired!

Before I begin with an introduction to my course, I would like to elaborate a bit on the headline. Have you ever wondered why do the majority of us lack the art of effective communication even though most of us have been subjected to English as a subject in school? 

The answer to this lies in the question itself and it forms the core content of the course I'll be discussing and providing to the interested ones. The reason we face difficulty in acquiring the skill of speaking and writing English is that we always try to learn it considering it to be a theoretical subject. However, it is not a subject, but a skill like any other, and a skill is acquired as opposed to learning, and is perfected with practice. 

The Course I'll be covering comprises of 60 sessions. Each session is designed in a way that it provides my learners with not just knowledge, but ample of opportunities to apply that knowledge practically during the session; so that with each session completed, they take away with them some new skills and be better with using the language than they were before.

The contents of the course will be covering and helping you to enhance all the four skills associated with English language, namely: Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing, with prime focus on improving your Speaking skills, along with a few sessions on creative writing as well. Each and every lessong is planned with an object of making you a confident speaker and hence, the course will also contain contents that impart soft skills such as public speaking, time management, personality development etc. 

The sessions will be full of fun as well as challenging activites, such as roleplays, debates, extempore, speech, essays and other games and activities; with each having an objective of bringing you closer to the language, improving your vocabulary alongside and making you a confident speaker.
