Once a student gets enrolled in my class . I will try to understand his/her level of english for EX: Basic /Intermediate/ Advanced as per CEFR metrics.

I will then understand my students' need as to the purpose of learning and create goals for the training for ex: if a student is level 3 on CEFR metric , i will set a goal to reach 4 or 5 in a month or after 10 sessions depending on the students schedule .

I create a curriculum on m utual terms .

Give the student a ferw tasks to complete before i start another topic .

I explain different techniques like descriptive , persuasive, Interpersonal skills, Grammar, Vocabulary, Sentence Formation, E-mail writing Etc

Depending on the goals , i create the timeline and projects to complete .

I  give the student various tasks which are informative as well as Fun.

Try to achieve a mutually set goal within the time limit and record Growth.
