Reiki - Level 1 - Earth

Reiki means universal life force energy or as we call it prana. In level 1 the system of reiki will be taught as to how it works and initiation to unlock your reiki healing will be given. Reiki at this level is deeply connected with healing the physical body and connection to the earth element.

This level will help you explore the ways of Reiki healing and use basic healing on yourself & others.

This is the starter course which initiates one into reiki. Many people combine level 1 and 2 but my focus is to help people get the most benefits by letting level 1 assimilate before you reach level 2 as it has a profound imapct on students.
