Are you passionate about dance but have little to no experience? Our online dance classes are perfect for you! Designed for beginners to intermediate dancers, these classes are held twice a week and offer a comprehensive approach to learning dance from the comfort of your home.
Each session begins with a quick warm-up to get your body ready, followed by workouts aimed at improving flexibility and strength. The highlight of the class is a choreographed routine to a song, allowing you to practice and perfect your dance skills. The one-hour class is divided into 15 minutes of warm-up, 15 minutes of workout, and 30 minutes of dance choreography.
Class timings are as follows:
• Saturday: 2 PM - 3 PM
• Friday: 7 PM - 8 PM (open to rescheduling to another weekday based on majority preference)
With a total of 8 sessions per month, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to grow and improve. No prior dance experience or eligibility is required.
