Organisational communication is one of the most important tools one needs to learn to use wisely.
In communication, we have ways to convey our message. One is verbal & another is through non-verbal mode.
Written communication is one of the forms of Non-verbal. While we speak, we can show our gestures, expressions, body language, tonality, pitch etc however when we write, we still have to take care of these components of communication.
