About the program

• PRINCE2 (an acronym for PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is a de facto process-based method for effective project management. PRINCE2 is firmly established as the world’s most practiced method for project management and is globally recognized for delivering successful projects. It is spread over 160 countries globally. Used extensively by the UK Government, PRINCE2 is also widely recognised and used in the private sector, both in the UK and internationally.
• Through this workshop, you will learn about the Principles, Themes and Practices as detailed in the PRINCE2® model. The Practice tests will prepare you to take the Foundation and Practitioner certification examinations.
