In this 45-minute class, held twice a week, kids will learn how to make healthier food choices and enjoy fun fitness activities. Over the course of 8 sessions, we will teach kids the importance of proper nutrition and staying active in a fun and engaging way, helping them develop habits that last a lifetime.
