Program objective:

My objective is to create amazing learning experiences and produce desired outcomes using an innovatively designed curriculum to meet the need of every learner that allows honing the fundamentals and adequate space for practice & mock assessments.

Target Examination:

The program is targeted towards board examination conducted by CBSE following the syllabus prescribed by NCERT.

Platform:

Web-based Live Online classes through Zoom. The medium of instruction is English. However, depending on individual needs, Hindi may be considered as a medium of instruction.

Plan:

12 sessions are planned every month of 60 minutes duration. 3 classes are stacked every week. Additionally, one session of 60 minutes is completely dedicated to doubt clearing on the topics covered.

On-Demand sessions:

If needed, learners can seek “On Demand” sessions by paying additional charges. (subject to availability)

Charges: Option I: Monthly: Rs 1999.00

Option II: Bimonthly: Rs 3499.00

Option III: Trimonthly: Rs 5499.00

Additional On-Demand sessions (subject to availability): Rs 200.00

I believe in "leaving no learner behind" idea of mentorship. Throughout my teaching experience, I have realized that every learner has its own learning curve, therefore, it is important to innovate new ways of teaching and coaching to match it with the individual requirements. Also, I believe that teaching is an art and the process of learning has a science behind it. Therefore, my endeavor is to amalgamate the art of teaching with the science of learning to create amazing learning experiences.
There is a common belief that "Practice makes us perfect", however, I am a stronger believer in the fact that "practice makes things permanent". So, if we practice the wrong ways of doing things, those ways become the way of our life. It is extremely important that while mentoring a learner identify those practices to make a correction or weed them out completely if needed.
Another vital aspect of my mentorship is to help a learner to create an effective learning plan, optimize the available resources and to keep them updated with all recent development relevant to their journey of learning.
I believe that " anything that cannot be measured cannot be improved", therefore another dimension of an effective mentorship is to gauge the improvement by challenging their understanding through assessments and feedback sharing.
