DAY 1: FOUNDATIONS OF COMMUNICATION (90 MINS)
Session 1: Introduction to Effective Communication (90 mins)
- Overview of the workshop and its goals.
- Importance of effective communication.

- Practical exercises to enhance self-introduction.
Assignment 1: Participants will be given a short assignment to prepare a 2-minute self-introduction speech to be delivered on Day 2.
DAY 2: VERBAL AND NON-VERBAL COMMUNICATION (90 MINS)
Session 2: Understanding Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication (45 mins)
- Clarity in verbal communication and speaking confidently.
- Non-verbal communication: body language, gestures, eye contact, and facial expressions.
- Practical exercises for effective verbal and non-verbal communication
Session 3: Active Listening and Feedback (45 mins)
- Techniques for active listening.
- Providing constructive feedback.
- In-class exercises and discussions on active listening and feedback.
Assignment 2: Participants will pair up and practice active listening and providing feedback to each other.
DAY 3: INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION (90 MINS)
Session 4: Building Rapport and Trust (45 mins)
- Strategies for effective interpersonal communication.
- Building trust and rapport.
- Role-playing scenarios for practice.
Session 5: Conflict Resolution and Negotiation (45 mins)
- Handling conflicts with empathy and assertiveness.
- Negotiation skills.

Assignment 3: Participants will engage in a group role-play exercise simulating a conflict resolution scenario.
DAY 4: ADVANCED COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND ASSESSMENT (90 MINS)

- Writing effective emails.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Preparing and delivering impactful presentations.
- Tips for overcoming stage fright.
Session 7: Cross-Cultural Communication and Persuasive Communication (45 mins)
- Communicating in diverse environments.
- Techniques for influencing and persuading others.
- Role-play activities and group discussions.
Final Session: Assessment and Assignment Review (30 minutes)
Participants will present their self-introduction speeches from Day 2.
- Review of the assignments from the previous days.
- Q&A and feedback session.
Assignment 4: Participants will submit a final written assignment summarizing their key takeaways and practical applications of communication skills learned throughout the workshop.
Certification: A certificate of completion will be awarded to participants who attend all sessions, actively engage in the activities, and submit their final assignment.
