I completed my Masters in Psychology from the prestigious Indian Institute of Psychology and Research, Bengaluru. Through my academic journey, I gained extensive knowledge and skills that have equipped me to understand a wide range of psychological issues. In addition to my academic background, I have prior experience in providing therapies, where I design personalized strategies and techniques for various child-related mental disorders, including Autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.

Parenting classes 

-This 1 hour session is for parents for children under 12 years.

- parents can discuss  on parental issues and managing them. eg: how to reduce screen time and its effect on children, how to spend quality time with children, parents role in academic involvement.

- parents with neurodivergent kids -who want to support their kids at home with Autism ADHD learning disability, fine motor difficult, social skills, emotional regulation, communication skills and independent skills can also join this session. 

- parents who can't afford therapy can also approach , concession will be provided.
