This is a short course of 12 sessions for children from the age of 7 years to adults of any age.The curriculum for the course is as follow :

Session 1 - The student will learn about Kathak as What is Kathak. This will be an interactive session with students. It is very important that we start such art form with the blessings as NAMASKARA in the form of kathak.

Session 2 - The students will learn the first and most important part of kathak basic that is footwork. Which is mainly named as PADANYAS in Kathak.

Session 3 - The students will learn advance footwork of this course.

Session 4 -In this session the hand movements will be learnt. The next very important part of kathak basics.

Session 5 - The students will learn advance hand movements of this course.

Session 6 - This will be a practice session for all past sessions. As the sessions will be conducted once in a week. In this session the grooming of basics will be done.

Session 7 - In this session the students will learn advance contents such as TODA, TIHAYI,SAM,LAYA and definitions of all.

Session 8 - This session will be a practice session for previous session as pure Kathak Is little intricate art form and needs grooming and practice.

Session 9 -From this session student will start learning the semi classical dance choreography of "NAINOWALE NE" danced beautifully by DEEPIKA PADUKONE from the famous movie 'PADMAVAT '.

Session 10- This session will continue with the completion of choreography of the same song.

Session 11- In this session the students will be groomed for their expressions.Also a practice session.

Session 12- The students will have to perform the whole choreography and clear their doubts about the same with biding a good by.
