Will undersand the nature of law in terms of the functions it is expected to perform. 

Law and Morality

We shall analyse relation between law and morality.

Law as Social Control

We shall analyse to understand importance of law as one of social control.

Territorial Nature of Law

We shall analyse considering law as a body of rules created by a legislature, and applied and developed by courts, we are identifyng law wih state. 

Law and Fact

We shall analyse the questions that come up for adjudication before courts in the course of administration of justice may be braodly divided into questions of law, and questions of fact. 

In this session, we shall understand Law: Its nature and functions, which is fundamental in understanding the concept of Juriprudence.
