In this class, students shall learn the basics of the law of torts from a tailored CLAT Legal Aptitude perspective. This is the first step to acing CLAT. In Legal aptitude, this is the only course which makes you cover the static, static miscellaneous and current legal with a wholistic understanding and not just rote learning of affairs.
The idea is to learn how the basic laws are relevant. Considering that the CLAT exam is current law based, in this session, we shall focus on concept building and learn how to incorporate that concept into the current legal affairs of today.
The focus shall be on:
- concept building;
- learning not only to understand, but also to equip the student in interpretation and application of law;
- includes various tips and tricks for better approach;
- provides wholistic strategy planning and course correction for the exam.
My students have cleared CLAT, and now are in the top most NLUs. Some are working in the best of law firms now.
