This session is for parents of students in grades 9-12. The purpose of this session is to provide an orientation about career counseling. The attendees will learn about the following topics:

- Why is career counseling more important now than ever?
- The framework of guidance.
- How career counseling can help plan the 3 C's (choices, challenges, and changes).
- How career counseling helps in making informed decisions.
- Limited resources and the usefulness of planning resources.
- Career exposure and self-discovery.
- Grade-wise personalized journey of each student through psychometric assessments.
- Learning styles, personality, aptitude, and interests to find suitable streams and careers, as well as identifying strengths and weaknesses to work upon.
- Stream/subject/career selection.
- What a psychometric assessment report looks like.
- Personalized counseling, school counseling, and group counseling.
- Personalized roadmap based on aspirations in terms of career, country, and college.
- Planning activities based on country and course requirements, followed by a Q&A session.
