As a practising Chartered Accountant with specialization in Project Finance and Debt Syndication, day in and day out I come across several Entrepreneurs who have very good idea about their projects and business models but when it comes to Finance Management they are either fully dependent on their Accountants / Outside Consultants.
? It is not necessary that the Entrepreneur should know each and every aspect of accounting which is accountant’s job. But knowing Finance Management is absolutely essential because whatever be the positive and supporting factors for business, if finance management is BAD, then that business can collapse.
