Process: This program has been designed as a 'group-coaching' program using Life Coaching concepts, Neuro Linguistic Programming modalities. The program helps you to start learning concepts of effective communication and putting them into practice. Also helps in removing internal blocks that hold you back like low self-esteem, less confidence, fear and anxiety.

Methodology: The classes are conducted on â??SKYPEâ?? audio calls.  The Coach will blend classroom learning with real-life case studies, discussions, tools & techniques, impromptu exercises, assessments, worksheets, interactivities, listening exercises, story telling, debates, group activities, writing assignments and Q&A.

Learning Objectives: All of the â??List of Topicsâ?? mentioned in Page 1 are designed to help the you to overcome and deal with criticism. In each session, we will cover one learning objective. In every session, you will clarify doubts, set goals and draw action-plan for the week. You will be empowered with tools & techniques to not only deal with criticism but to make it a stepping-stone for your success.

Course Material:  Your weekly session notes will be mailed to on the day of the session. You will be also given assessments, worksheets, affirmation audio frames, ebook of the course material, additional reading material like articles & reports and  session recordings for future reference.

Requirements: You should have a Skype Account. A High-speed Internet connection and a Good Headset.

Instructions:

• Please login to Skype 15 minutes before the start of the session. Please login on a desktop or a laptop. DO NOT USE Mobile phone or Tablet. Please ensure silent environment.
• If you miss any class, NO REFUND will be made. In case, you are not able to attend the class, we will try to accommodate you into another batch (provided another batch is running) or the class recording will be sent to you.
• Please have the weekly session notes ready.
