PART 5 - SPECIAL LOADS AND LOAD COMBINATIONS 

IS1893 - CRITERIA FOR EARTHQUAKE RESIATANT DESIGN OF STRUCTURES 

IS 13920 --DUCTILE DETAILING OF REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURES SUBJECTED TO SEISMIC FORCES 

There are several other codes that we may need to refer to.

The design procedures explained in this course confirm to the above Indian code for reinforced concrete design, published by the Bureau of Indian Standard, New Delhi. 

The scope of this course is limited to basic reinforced concrete design. 

All the designs are designed manually.
