Maths both CBSE and state syllabi
Explaining principles involved, guiding on working out problems given in the texts, answering specific questions raised by students.
Tutor will occassionally set a question paper ( frequency to be decided later) , to assess the students' grasp of the covered chapters. The questions may be culled from the specific texts or originated by the tutor himself.
Classes will be minimum twice a week, where possible 3 times , paricular days of the week to be decided later.
Where required the tutor will use props / aids such as pictures / diagrams or 3D objects displayed on screen to illustrate the points.
Tutor will occassionally use ideas of his own where he thinks this will appeal to the students' imagination and help to better explain the points.
Classes will be held late evening or night-time so as to not impinge on the school timings and co-curricular activities of the students. Actual timings will be based on the convenience of the majority of students.
Classes will not be cancelled unless in case of unavoidable personal matters to be attended by tutor and in such case will be rescheduled for another day of the week. In such case the rescheduling will be announced at least by 8 AM on the day the class was originally scheduled, if possible 24 hours in advance.
