Students will learn to: Prepare the cake from scratch.Learn the role of ingredients, proper procedure to get a no fail cake. Handling of the cake from the beginning, like Torting/slicing, filling, crumb coating and finally covering with Ganache/buttercream/whipped cream to achieve the sharp edges. Various piping /frosting techniques will be taught using new techniques.

- Next to cover the cake with Fondant/cream to get the smooth finish, creating beautiful borders,
- We work on real cakes . Fondant and gum paste recipes will be shared if fondant cakes
- We provide all the course materials, tools, cutters.Light refreshments will be provided
- After class support will be provided to all students, complete hands on experience from baking cake to final decoration..No prior knowledge about cake required.

Proper techniques of baking, the role of every ingredient used, tools used and types of oven.
Baking temperatures, baking hacks and how to handle them. Recipes will be discussed and how to modify will also be discussed. Reference to the baking supplies and tools will be discussed and shared.
