This is only for students who are appearing for CA Intermediate exams both old & new syllabus

The course is all about Companies Act 2013 which will be delivered in line with syllabus prescribed by ICAI

Only Company Law will be taught

Will have clear discussion on each provision of the act

Will also discuss different questions/case laws that can be raised in CA Exam

Classes will be conducted daily 2 hours for a period of 10 days

Students must be ready with ICAI Text book for Company Law

Maintain running notes

After completion of this course student will be in a position to appear the exam directly with minimum preparation from their side
