Students will learn about Factors of production, planning, organising, staffing, directing, and controlling.

They will be acquiring the knowledge on the 4 P's of Marketing .it will help them to effectively manage the small organisation as well as Large organisations. With the help of Functions of Management will know about the Planning Premises, in detail study of Selection, recruitment and staffing process, and the importance of training and education. 

In Directing they will be provided knowledge about the 4 elements  - Supervision, motivation, leadership & communication. the major topic which will be covered will be Maslow's Needs Hierarchy theory.
