1. Introduction to Music Production and Logic Pro X

  a. What is Music Production?

  b. Setting up Logic Pro X

  c. Listening for inspirations from existing songs

2. Signal Flow and Work Flow Basics

  a. Understanding the journey of sound from a microphone to speakers through the DAW

  b. Organising Files, Templates and Samples

3. Arranging and Layering Instruments for a Melody (Tune)

  a. Adding chords, harmonies, bass-lines, grooves and effects to a song

4. Constructing a 2 minute jingle from scratch

5. Audio Processing Tools

  a. Learn the working of EQs, Compressors and other audio processing tools along with their different use cases.

6. Mixing and Mastering Fundamentals

By the end of the course, one would be proficient enough to arrange, produce, mix and master a song with intermediate quality and tips and thoughts on improving further will be shared during the sessions.
