"I came as a beginner to learn indian classical music. I had weekly classes with him. His love of classical music makes it a real fun and inspiring experience to sing different kind of Raaga. He's also patient and very easy to learn from and be with. I got a good grasp of how to sing in this time and will continue to develop each time I return here. "Vikas taught me from the very beginning, he has the great knowledge of classical vocal. He doesn't teach everyone in same manner, first of all he will identify which way is more comfortable for you to learn efficiently. What I have learned from my first class, he emphasized to open my voice, which is most important part for the beginner. If one doesn't open one's voice it will make difficult for him to learn basics of classical vocal. I am privileged to get Guru like him who helps student to reach their goals. "
