About the Course:
Effective communication skills are essential for completing any assigned task and when multiple departments or employees collaborate to accomplish an important task, the value of communication skills increases exponentially. However, there are several instances of poor communication at the workplace that can strain the overall productivity of the company.
Implementation of Corporate Training programs can aid in identifying and resolving communication issues amongst employees. Corporate communication skills influence the interest of employees. English forms the core of all communication practices, whether written or oral and hence it is important for companies to undertake efficient English communication training in order to create a highly interactive and open work environment that encourages creativity and productivity.
Prerequisite:
Students must have the basic knowledge of English Language.
Curriculum of the Course
Little conversation and basic grammar
English grammar is the set of rules through which a group of words are arranged into a meaningful sentence.This includes the structure of words,phrases, clauses, and sentence, right up to the structure of whole texts.
Counselling:
Counselling would be provided to the students who have learning setbacks, fear, shy but still want to learn being in bengaluru either for their business, employment or to be one among everyone.
Group discussion
Group discussion (GD), by virtue of the term, means exchange of views by participants on a given subject. The idea behind this is to have a healthy discussion on a common topic,thereby giving an opportunity to exhibit not only their knowledge, but also to understand and enhance their learning by absorbing the thoughts of other people.
