This course is designed to cover the anti-inflammatory agents as per the fourth semester B.Pharm syllabus. The course will be in detail regarding the required SAR, classification and synthesis, taken in the simplest format. The students shall acquire the knowledge about how the different drugs in the above-mentiond category will act and to what all categories the drugs belongs to. The class shall also cover the structure-activity relationship of each category of drugs individually. A brief ppt and a detailed note will also be shared with the students. The synthesis of the drugs mentioned in the syllabus shall be explained. At the end of the session, students shall learn in detail about the anti-inflammatory drugs and be well prepared to attend their exams. This course is specifically tailored to B.pharm students covering the chapter Anti-inflammatory agents in Medicinal chemistry I of the Fourth semester.
