This 15 minute dance workout session is designed to help you have fun while getting a full body workout in a short amount of time. You will be led through a variety of dance moves to get your heart rate up and get your muscles working. The exercises will be low impact and include moves from various dance styles such as Bollywood, Freestyle hip hop, Indian Folk, and more. We will also incorporate some basic stretching and core work to round out the session. The emphasis will be on having fun and burning calories, so that clients can get the most out of their 15 minutes. The session will be suitable for all fitness levels and can be adapted to suit everyone's needs.
