I teach in English only or in Hindi only or mix of both - as comfortable for my student.

6 steps engagement with each student:

A. 3 classes a week: One hour class on Monday, Wednesday and Friday or Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday (Time slot is confirmed based on availability)

B. Practice Worksheet: One practice work sheet is given after every class. Student to solve and submit by next day. It is checked and all correct solutions methods are explained in detail next day.

C. Weekend tests: One test is conducted to assess whole week's learning. This is measure child's learning. Also if any concept is not understood, it will be explained again.

D. Month end test: One test is conducted to assess whole month's learning. This is a measure of child's retention and understanding of concepts. Also if any concept is not understood, it will be explained again.

E. Doubt clearing sessions: each student can approach me after the class and clear doubts, if any.

F. Exam prep: Special sessions before end term and board exams. We focus on correct method of writing the exam and score high marks. 

My Success rate:

Each of my student has scored above 90% in board exams. Average score of my students is 93.5% in boards.
