Johny has a total experience of over 32 years, with 20+ years in been in the field of Learning and Management Development and 10 years in the sales and sales management area.
As Head of Learning, India, Johny was responsible for developing ANZ Bank's Bangalore facility into a strategic asset for the Bank, through capability build and leadership development.

Johny was formerly Vice President HR-Learning for IBM, India. He was responsible for Learning & Development of all employees in IBM India spread across seven business units.

Johny is a commerce graduate and has done his post graduate diploma in Business Administration from Loyolla Institute of Business Administration (LIBA), Chennai.

He is a certified coach on Emotional Intelligence. He has been a visiting resource person in Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
