0Based on a typical workplace situation and demands of the profession, candidates are asked to write referral, transfer or advice letter. The letter is to be written to another professional, patient or a client based on a set of clinical notes.
The letter must record treatment offered to date and issues to be addressed by the health professional (whom you write to).

5. Presentation Features
All above are weighted equally.
